Shipping Policy
Shipping price will be determined at checkout and communicated via email before the purchase is finalized. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes a tracking number. Optional insurance can be purchased to cover potential loss in transit. These are one-of-a-kind items, and I cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged by USPS after drop-off at the post office.
Local Pickup Available
Free pickup is available at a Rose of Paper in the Solon area of Northeast Ohio. Mention your preference for local pickup during the checkout communications to bypass any shipping-related fees. A pickup date and time will be communicated via email.
Your order will be packaged to protect it from damage. Please open the package with care.

For all custom-made orders, please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for production. Larger pieces may require more time, and an estimate will be provided. Projects are completed in the order they are received.
