Ornament Extravaganza!

A friend recently asked if I had any ornaments left from the Fall Fest. I had a few, but when she expressed an interest in acquiring a dozen for holiday gifts, I realized it was a great opportunity to make some more with the patterns that I just didn't get to in October.

I started with some poinsettia.

And an additional snowflake.

Then I began on some more complicated patterns. 

Each of these needed to fit into a ring that I formed on a small glass jar.

I made candles, which also had a smaller circle in the center,

angels,

Christmas lights (for which I used 1/8" strips of paper in the 3/8" ring), 

and wreaths, which were actually built around the ring shape.

 

I am so please that I got to try out these patterns!
