Fall Festival
It's official! I've participated in my first craft fair for local artisans!
It was a super chilly day, in the high 40s after a week of 70-80°F, and rainy, so unfortunately that probably kept many people away. Overall, though, we managed to do well in sales, which I am thankful for, as I put in a lot of work to prepare for the day.
I made up a business card and even a stamp with my logo to use in place of a signature on the backs of the notecards and gift tags
34 notecards (displayed in the box in which my grandma kept her knitting needles)
72 gift tags
10 ornaments (displayed on the holders from wedding centerpieces)
and one new framed piece of quillography to accompany several other pieces that I had framed.
Since there were also rain showers scattered throughout the day, I was thankful that at the last minute, I decided to put everything into plastic protectors.
It was a great experience and I'm glad that I did it, though I would definitely think twice before committing to another outdoor festival.
