Seahorse

I had a small frame to fill that holds a picture that is about 3 inches by 3 inches. I was working on the flower quilloette when I was thinking of ideas for this small piece. I really loved the colors that I was using for the bubbles on the quilloette and wanted to do something more with those. I thought the colors would make a beautiful sea creature, and so I decided to make a seahorse!
